I bought a pair of Doc Marten's just over a year ago in Nov 2024 for £161, and within the year the zip broke. I hoping to get these repaired or replaced, as this is a very disappointing amount of time for this brand to last and when spending that much. There no longer appears to be a website for The Hut and I cannot find an email address. Please contact me.

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered a £50 CULT voucher for my niece's birthday. My bank account was debited on 12th February and I asked that the voucher was delivered by email on 16th February (the date of the birthday. It is now over a week since that date and nothing has been received. There is no response to telephone contact and no email I can find to ask for help. The CHAT line is also unavailable. I am truly unhappy with this service and would like a refund as soon as possible

Extremely poor experience.I received a product that was already expired, with an expiration date of 2023. I contacted the company immediately to request a refund, but they refused to return my money, claiming that the refund period had already passed—despite the fact that the product was clearly expired upon arrival.As a result, I lost 45 euros and was left with a completely unusable product. This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and shows a total lack of respect for customers. I strongly advise others to be very cautious before ordering from this company.

Unacceptable!I returned a dress over 5 weeks ago and still haven’t received my refund. No one replies to emails, and it’s impossible to reach customer service. This is completely unacceptable — I’ve had no updates or response despite multiple attempts to contact them.

Ordered a sidebag from the hut. Returned it 6th september and still have not been refunded. The site is gone down seems like ive been Scammed.

I placed an order and then apparently the website shut down? There was no obvious notice on the website, no email follow up, and I have no way of tracking the item or even seeing the order on the website. It seems to have been very poorly managed - possibly even illegal(?) as information in the email is not correct and references to the website/account are broken.Hopefully I won't have to charge back.
