She handled the entire booking process with great efficiency and was always available to answer my questions quickly and clearly.Her support made the whole experience smooth and very pleasant. I would like to share my experience…
I would like to share my experience dealing with the Reservation Dept , Ms.An. She have been so helpful to help out on my confirm booking of a property in Furano to another of their property in Rusutsu despite I have made deposit of our stay. I am very appreciative of her help and the efficiency of her works to get the changes made on my booking within a couple of hours of our tele conversation after receiving her call. Definitely looking forward to our stay in coming December. Many thanks.
