accidentally ordered the wrong size
accidentally ordered the wrong size, but I was really impressed with how quickly the issue was sorted. I sent an email and got a very fast response, and the whole process was handled smoothly and professionally.Customer service was excellent – they were helpful, understanding, and made everything really easy to fix without any hassle.

Would NEVER purchase from this company…
Would NEVER purchase from this company again.My order was returned by the courier because the sender requested it, yet I was never informed by Sports Edit. I only found out by checking the tracking myself.I reached out multiple times for an explanation and received no clear response. Then, over a week later, they simply cancelled my order with no proper communication or resolution.Really poor customer service and a complete lack of transparency — incredibly frustrating experience.

Very disappointed
⭐ 1 Star – Extremely DisappointedI’m honestly shocked. My delivery photo just shows a doorstep — nothing to prove it was actually delivered to me — and I never received my order. I contacted The Sports Edit several times, but they refused to assist and have completely ignored my emails.I expected much better customer service from a retailer of this size. I’m now having to take this up with my bank because I’ve been left with no goods and no help.Really disappointed and would not recommend based on my experience.Update in reply - A photograph of a parcel left on a doorstep is not something I would class as a “secure delivery.” I am both shocked and disgusted that anyone would consider leaving £250 worth of goods unattended on a doorstep and classing this as “secure delivery” Furthermore whilst my 1st email was responded to by an extremely unhelpful agent, my further 3 emails sent since have all been ignored , which I can see on other reviews here seems is a recurring issue with the so called “customer service” at the sports edit! My bank are now pursuing a chargeback against this

Missing items
Order placed on line. Delivery was quick but when the parcel arrived the bag was partially torn open and 3 items were missing. I emailed sports edit. and the next day Sophie got back to me apologised for the issue and confirmed that she has re sent the missing items. Thank you Sophie for sorting out this issue so quickly and professionally.

I can only speak personally that when I complained about walking shoes that weren’t waterproof as advertised, I contacted SE who swiftly sent me the return and refund details.I would buy from SE again.

Dropped them an email as I couldn’t see my refund on my statement. The response was quick and positive from Sofia. Thank you! PS there was nothing wrong with the product it was list by the delivery company and then sadly out of stock.
