I was trying to order an item ... but failed
I was trying to order an item that clearly showed it was available for delivery in 5 days. Right at the end of checkout I got a message saying "one or more items are unavailable for delivery". The ChatBot was useless and eventually I got transferred to an agent who never came online so I was then transferred to a form to fill in. I got an email response which says I "have to manually key in item numbers one at the time so you may visually see which one may be out of stock." No clues given as to what this means or how to do this so, after several attempts, I am taking my custom elsewhere.The IT system clearly hasn't been tested in real-world conditions.

What I ordered is what I got!
What I ordered is what I got, it’s that simple. Order arrived a few days late(I believe due to the delivery company’s bank holiday policy) however the entertainer customer service team were very supportive and offered a partial refund for the delay.

No item, no contact - don’t bother with them
Poor customer service. Placed an order and the promised click and collect date passed without any updates whatsoever. Still no contact or order.Have tried contacting via several channels (email, chat, WhatsApp) but they don’t bother responding. Awful company. No wonder we but from Amazon instead.

Good old fashioned customer service
To whom it may concern Does your company acknowledge/reward staff who give excellent customer service? If you do I would like to put forward if I may an employee of yours who gave me and my son Kasper top quality, genuine customer service. In this day and age it is unfortunate that as customers we do not come across more staff, more often, who smile, look customers in the eye and are sincere and genuine, with good old fashioned manners.Rebeka at your Entertainer store in the Bridges shopping centre, Sunderland was always smiling, excellent manners, just the right amount of informality and a genuine fun person who clearly enjoys her role within your company.Entertainer are very fortunate indeed to have Rebeka working for your company and she should be used to show other employees how to give excellent customer serviceI am a 68 year old retired Armed Forces Veteran with a 7 year old son and would like to believe that I am someone who notices outstanding genuine professional service.Kindest RegardsMr Peter Snowdon

Items never arrived
Items never arrived. Allegedly dispatched on 16 March with no tracking info and items never arrived.My 7 year old is now £40 down from his birthday money with nothing to show for it. Never again!
