Bra was not as shown or described as it was back closing but return poliicy adds $3.50 and you pay shipping both ways so not worth time and effort to retun. Bra was comfortable but hot, thick and hard and not front closing and surgery on back makes 3 prong closure on back uncomfortable!!!!! I feel lied to! Ghost package
This company seems to be able to remove bad reviews. I had an EXTREMELY bad experience on so many levels. My order supposedly got lost by USPS twice. They refused to contact me directly. I felt this case should have been escalated to a loss specialist or someone who might be able to save my terrible experience. After all was said and done and I had to call my bank to get them to issue a refund they sent me an email saying they were sorry and gave me a 35.00 coupon. Okay well that's not good enough because the coupon was really only for ten dollars and the other 25.00 was for other future purposes. So all of these good reviews you see are not all of the reviews they've received. They will come on here and list all the things they did to help resolve the issue but if they truly had done everything in their power to resolve the issue I would have my 2 pair of magic underwear. An easy solve would have been to use a different shipping method. I would not be leaving a second bad review if I didn't just get ANOTHER email saying the package reached the facility March 20th. How annoying is this? There is no package and I don't have any real proof there ever was a package. If they had good customer service they would have fed ex deliver it and take a picture of it sitting in front of my door like all the delivery people other than USPS do. Omg I wish to heaven that I didn't have such a rotten experience and I wish they would stop trying to wrongfully cover their asses by sending me updates of a "ghost" package. Just be careful using this company. They are deceiving.

Clara is truly a fit specialist
Clara the fit specialist knew the stock well beyond what was displayed on the website, so she was able to suggest colors that were better for me that I wouldn't have known about. She took information about me that I provided and figured out a size and fabrics that meet my present needs. I am a long-time customer, but illness has brought about changes that now need to be accommodated, and she did that. She even provided a pre-filled order form including the new information that I would have had trouble figuring out from the website. Clara is very impressive.

THE BEST bras I’ve ever gotten in my life. Their wireless bras are sooooo comfortable yet offer very good support, and I love they carry half sizes!

Good customer service …
I placed an order that was temporarily lost. When I wrote to ask for a credit Lucille looked into it and sent me tracking info showing it had been delivered. I got her info when I was on vacation and was glad to know the order had been delivered.

First time customer
First time customer, might be last time customer. Loved the style I received but the sizing is so far off from traditional bras. When I asked for online "Fit Help" so I could exchange for a new size, that's where they seemed to not understand the problem or respond in a timely manner. As a result, I can only initiate a return, not an exchange, and I'm out the $5 shipping return fee because no one would help me find the right size for my measurements and breast type.
