This product is questionable. This is my first time using vegan products so I'm not too sure how well they work, but I bought the four selection lipstick (all are basically the same shade, basically just waxy). I also bought the mascara which states no clumps, smears, or flakes. This is false advertisement because it does all three, not good at all. The eye pencil was okay but too much crayon, therefore it smudges pretty badly.I paid too much for this product to have nothing good to say about any of it. I am not a satisfied customer.

I love the cosmetics especially the eye liner and shadows. They last throughout the day and keep their color. The issue is the delivery process. It takes over a week and sometimes two weeks to get your orders. They seem to ship via DHL then to the local post office. This adds additional processing time.

This is the first time I used the chat for customer service. I received such great and thoughtful recommendations. The response time was quick and easy and all of my questions and then some were answered. I have also used customer service when things were not quite right and have always received excellent response and care. Teryka was fabulous!

I’ve been a Nurse for 19 years and I work 12 hrs shifts! This is the 1st mascara I’ve ever had that held up my entire shift and doesn’t smear and of course it makes my eyelashes look longer and thicker!

I ordered the Thrive Liquid Lash Mascara. It worked great about 4 times, then it became gummy and globby and it was very hard to put on. It was semi pricey at $26 so I expected the mascara to perform much better than it did. On a very positive note, Thrive's customer service was great and refunded me the whole amount without having to send the mascara back. If you need a refund, call the company directly instead of emailing.

I’ve been using Thrive Causemetics since 2020, and no matter how many other mascaras I try, I always end up coming back to theirs. It’s just that good.What I love most is how effective it is — it elongates and thickens my lashes so well that I honestly don’t feel the need to wear false lashes when I have it on. And it actually lasts all day without smudging, which is a big deal for me.If you’re tired of mascaras that look good for an hour and then end up under your eyes, this one’s worth it.

Thrive cosmetics mascara tube in berry is pretty. The tube effect becomes very noticeable if wear for a few hours. Then, it just keeps clumping or falling off. As I cleaned my remaining mascara from my lashes, I noticed some of my eyelashes came off w the tubing. Beware, I’d ask for refund but I just can’t even care. I’ll spread the word tho. Eventually your lashes gonna go. I’ll be back to review the brow and lipstick. I can’t imagine my lips will fall off Yikes!

Placed the order on 2/5, it's 2/12, and the order hasn't been shipped. I contacted the company yesterday; they said they would ship it the same day, but they didn't.
