THROTL, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
I ordered a 'Lift Kit Smart 451' on 29th November 2024. AFTER I had paid for it I received a message to say it was currently out of stock and it would be delivered in 12 weeks time...... It wasn't !I contacted Throtl and after I had explained the issue I had a assortment of replies, several, just hung up on me, several, said they would 'raise a ticket' for it, but didn't. In 2025, a few said my order did'nt exist because Throtl had been sold to new owners and I wasn't on 'The System'. Eventually I got an email saying it would be 12 weeks again.Some (many) months past and I was still getting similar replies. Then I saw an ad from the 'Little Big Supply' crew and the penny dropped that it was never going to arrive to me in the UK.In November 2025 (That's right folks, A FULL YEAR LATER) I cancelled my order and got a refund. 'Little Big' supplied it from USA to UK in less than 2 weeks.THROTL supplied nothing accept the worst Customer Service I have ever received.
