Stay clear of this company

Stay clear of this company. They sucker you into signing an ONBOARD for 250, then they cannot deliver NOR refund your money. TERRIBLE COMPANY. DO NOT USE!!

Bait and Switch

I originally signed up with Thryve and was very happy with their product. The first of this year Ombre took over for Thryve and within one week of taking their branded probiotics I knew there was a problem. What had been an individualized plan with Thryve was now being replaced by categories of generalized probiotics. Once I compared the ingredients from the old subscription to the ingredients in the new capsules it was very clear why I was having problems...they were not the same!! After getting very unsatisfactory answers by emails back and forth they recommended I add a prebiotic to the mix...this is when I canceled my subscription and asked for a refund for the two unopened bottles. Their refund policy will only refund you with company credit, plus a 25% restocking fee and $6 for shipping! I will not purchase anything from them so essentially there is no refund. This was a real case of bait and switch...this is not the same product so beware.

I got results within a few weeks

I got results within a few weeks, and it was enlightening to realize I had been continuing to take the probiotics a former test said I needed in 2018 and that I was no longer deficient there. So now I’m focusing on other strains and shifting my downy needs as recommended. I’m feeling great about this a few months in.

Terrible service, meh product

I ordered probiotics from Thryve and they shipped the product as expected. I didn't like or dislike the product, it just didn't seem to do anything for me. Its my fault, but I didn't know that I had signed up for recurring shipments. When I got the second shipment, I still had plenty of the first shipment left. It cost me $90. I was frustrated but, realizing I didn't read the fine print, I took responsibility and kept the product. I then went to website and canceled any future shipment. 3 months later another shipment shows up. I reach out to them - terrible process by the way - and they tell me I didn't cancel and I was going to have to pay a restocking fee. I had to open a case with my credit card company to get my money back.

Months later no results, no refunds, only a waste of your time

All these recent negative reviews for Ombre (was Thryve, Thryveinside), are well deserved. Months later no results, no refunds, only a waste of your time. Only thing you get from Ombre is statements like "1-2 weeks more". If a company can't do simple basics, how can you trust their assessment of your microbiome? Does not deserve anyone's business.

constant excuses to send new kits

Waited forever to get the gut test after purchasing. Well more than 6 weeks. Finally submitted the sample and was told, weeks later, the sample wasn’t any good and shipped me a new one. Submitted that one, 4 weeks later I reached out and they said the sample wasn’t any good they needed to get me a new kit. I asked for a refund at this point. This went on from first purchase in July, to February without results. They informed me they couldn’t give me a refund so I have to get another kit. We’ll see how long it takes this time. No wonder they have an “F” rating with the better business bureau. Shouldn’t take 7 months and still not have results. Unbelievably unreliable company

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.I purchased the kit and it came flawed. I submitted my sample back indicating in the registration process that the vial did not have the liquid that it was supposed to have. A person from customer service send an email indicating that I would have to resubmit the sample but and that they would send me a new kit again. It never happened. The same person responded a second time stating that they would check on that. I requested a return of my money. They never responded. Now I cannot even sign in. Like the company disappeared. Not recommended.

Lost kit and wanted me to pay for their mistake

Ordered kit, sent sample and never received results. Was told I'd have to pay more to get results since kit wasn't activated despite following instructions that were sent. If you order, keep a copy of your kit ID when you activate the kit. Still may not get results but at least they won't have that excuse.
