Good Experience with Ties.com
I received good email communication regarding my order, shipping, and the item arrived in good time. The tie was a good quality tie, and I would buy a tie from them again in the future.

FRAUDULENT.
1 star is actually an overrating for ties. com. Ties. com is a FRAUDULENT business. Order won’t ship.Your inquiry e-mails won’t be answered. And affirm won’t HELP YOU.

Order never delivered, won't respond to calls or emails
Ordered socks from ties.com for a wedding. I got confirmation email, but after 2 weeks no socks! Ive emailed 2 different email addresses with no reply, called customer service number and goes to voice mail that says inbox is full. Tracking link on my order email says my order can't be found but the money was taken from my bank account. Extremely pissed!

Eventually received order
Edit: I did receive the tie and it is as described on the website. Unsure why they sent no email updates and didn’t respond to my information request. Original review: Placed an order for a tie and never received it. No email confirmation, no tracking email, and contacting the company received no reply. I agree with the other reviews saying this is a scam company.

Do not do business with Ties.com
Do not do business with Ties.com, scam company, will keep your money without shipping purchases. Ordered product from this company on 10/31/2024.My card was charged and received a FedEx tracking label creation email on 11/01/2024 for the order. Here now it is 11/20/2024 and the order still has not be received by FedEx to be shipped to my location.emailed and called vender multiple times. No answers to emails, phone calls go directly to voicemail with message that mailbox is full.

This company is either out of business…
This company is either out of business or a front to steal money. I placed an $87 order over two weeks ago and it has not been processed. I have emailed and called and have not received a response. Phone calls go straight to voicemail. A total scam job.
