I absolutely love this watch
I absolutely love this watch, and it's better in person than the picture! It is a beautiful timepiece, and the packaging was great! I ordered on a Monday and received it by Wednesday, WOW I'm in the US! Would definitely order here again.

Painful
Got a watch which got faulty in less then a week. Spent 42 days trying to follow their return processes and eventually returned the product on my own cost.Pathetic products, pathetic customer support, ridiculously bad return processes, a horrible experience in whole.

"Designer" watch looks counterfeit. Bad return policy.
I received a discounted Versace watch that arrived quickly. Three days after I placed the order. I should has suspected something to be wrong because of the discounted price. The watch looks like a cheap counterfit. The website has only 1 photo so the color and size of everything is distorted. I have sent it back, but the company says they won't refund PayPal, which I did not use. I used a credit card not through PayPal. I sent bank info and I am hoping they do the honorable thing and refund me. I have to pay for shipping, which I understand. But giving me the alternative of an exchange is criminal. The merchandise does nor appear authentic and may explain the big duscounts. I hope they do the right thing, &refund me. I would never buy from them.

Non Delivery
I ordered a Citizen watch which was not delivered even a week after the expected date so wrote to them but they said I had to wait 4 weeks before they could do something

I ordered a new Orient Mako Chronograph…
I ordered a new Orient Mako Chronograph through Cdiscount. The watch arrived but inside the presentation box all protective stickers and tags were missing and the stop-watch hands were out of line. The latter can be addressed apparently, but it was obvious this was a second hand watch and should never had been sold as new. So, beware of this company.

Easy ordering system, fast delivery as promised (even on holy days) thx to DHL Express. The Swiss Alpine Military 7043.9235 arrived in a well seeled box and just looks beautiful now when it is brand new!Think I've just invested in a life long relationship here.Regarding the above I will recomend Timeshop24.de anytime.

Avoid Timeshop24.de
Avoid Timeshop, I was sent a faulty, brand new, expensive Luminox watch. I was offered a refund, but I would then have the huge inconvienience of sending the watch back to germany at my expense and also trying to cliaim back my custom charges. Customers do not need this grief, we buy in good faith, your are responsible for your mistakes and faulty merchadise, and not us. I have now sent the watch to as UK authorised Luminox repair centre to have it repaired. Almost £9 in postage and without my watch for many weeks is expected.
