Playing at being trustworthy.
They are completely unserious. I payed for a year long subscription, and after three months I removed payment options, because one year would be enough.Since, they have held back the march box, and likely also the april box. I have not received a refund, and it was not possible to send a ticket in their app Itchigo.Do not purchase from them.

So excited when the new box arrives!
The box is packed full of treats and there is always a few stand outs that are amazing. The brochure is always interesting and its so exciting when the next box arrives. Thank you TT 🥰

Had lots of snacks
The company is super nice and they both packed and sent my snack box in a very timely manner. The snack box was filled to the brim and had a booklet that told you about Japan's culture and about the snacks that you get in the box.

Honestly worth it
Although my box arrived a little later than I was hoping for, its honestly worth it, the food inside is lovely and has a massive variety for you to try and there is an included book that lets you know what each item is as well as their ingredients so that if you are allergic to anything you will be able to avoid those items

Scam
Scam! They make it incredibly difficult to discontinue your subscription, mislead into thinking you have cancelled, give no warning and deduct directly from your account. Customer service no help. If you were interested because you could try for 3 months before full subscription BEWARE! They will make it impossible for you to leave at 3 months.

First time opening up the treat box and…
First time opening up the treat box and i was not disappointed, lots of variety 🙂. I cant wait to open the next one. Being able to experience and taste the variety of snacks that Japan has to offer is amazing 😊.The snacks were very well packed and delivered quickly.Thankyou 😊

I really thought I would get a plush…
I really thought I would get a plush with my box as the ads that would pop up said I would but if you read the fine print it's for the 3-12 month subscriptions which no one can afford nowadays.
