WOW!
Well well! I chose Toner Buzz because we wanted authentic brother toner cartridges. They had very good reviews so I placed an order. As it turns out, I spent almost $700 on toner cartridges that actually were the right cartridges but my printer would not take an XXL version of the toner cartridges. To my delight and surprise, they said they would take back… Even though it isn’t their normal policy… The 3XXL toner cartridges that had been unopened. AND even the one that I had opened and tried to use in the printer. There was a slight deduction for the one that had been opened. Then, on top of that, they sent me a prepaid. FedEx label to return the cartridges. I am honestly a little stunned at the superior customer service they have provided to us. I won’t ever go anywhere else for toner except for this company. What an amazing experience.

They did not deliver !
I needed ink for my printer for my business I needed the ink by Monday the 5th . On the web site it said that the ink would be delivered by Monday the 5th this is the only reason I used this company because they could deliver the ink in the time I needed it . Now today is Tuesday still no ink . I check the tracking it says the ink will not be here until the 9th . This ink is for my business it is very important I have it when I need it . Now my business is behind and all they can tell me is I could have paid 10 for two day shipping which I would have gladly done had the site said your ink will come between this date and another but it did not it only had one date and they did not deliver . I talked to supervisor and she said I had two choices have them deliver it on the 9th or have them send back to ink place nether of which helps my problem . This is bad business if your website tells your customer they will deliver on a certain date it should do so. I will never order here again.

The TonerBuzz team, You guys rock!
I ordered my first order on December 5, and because of a third party (a Payment Verification Company), my order got cancelled. But, since then, TonerBuzz has provided me with more than just amazing customer service. They really took my order seriously and went above and beyond in offering me some great benefits! I reordered, and payment went through. And when my order reached its destination (Saudi Arabia), FedEx charged me some extra charges, which, upon sending an email to TonerBuzz support, they even took care of that!! And I get a call from FedEx saying that my shipment is ready for pickup, and TonerBuzz took care of the payment! Really, such amazing customer service is really rare these days. I'm truly thankful to the TonerBuzz team, and especially Katherine. You guys rock!
