The funds have not been received yet
The funds have not been received yet, and it has already been almost three working days. Wise Support has repeatedly advised us to contact the bank, which we have already done. The bank confirmed that the funds have been transferred out successfully.At this point, the transaction cannot be traced on our end, and we have not received any clear assistance from Wise regarding further investigation. We would appreciate your immediate support in resolving this matter, as the delay is becoming a significant concern.This has been a very frustrating experience, and we hope for a prompt and thorough resolution.

Account closed without proper explanation – unfair handling by Wise
I had a Wise account which I was using for my eBay business payments and card transactions. My account was suddenly closed without any clear explanation or proper prior warning.The closure happened after a payment detail update was made with assistance from a family member, which may have triggered a security flag. However, instead of offering clarification or verification steps, my account was directly closed.I understand security policies are important, but the process felt abrupt and lacked proper customer support or opportunity to resolve the issue.I request Wise to review cases more carefully and provide users a fair chance to verify their identity before permanent account closures.
