Time to change POC helmet after a year…
Time to change POC helmet after a year where I sustained a few knocks. Bought same size same model. Good price, arrived sooner than expected however, delivery by the time I got to door delivery driver was driving off, packaging was abysmal, box arrived open with a split down one side fortunately contents were undamaged. Despite being same size as previous MTB helmet the new one is too small. Therefore having to return for refund.

Great conpany
My goods arrived really quickly, both items excellent quality, I needed to return one pair of trousers for a smaller size, spoke to a lady at Tredz who couldn’t have been more helpful. Tredz is always my go to place for any cycle gear

I ordered a bike from Tredz which was…
I ordered a bike from Tredz which was too big, and initially the return process felt straightforward and well handled. Communication at the beginning was clear, and I felt reassured the issue would be resolved.However, things have since become very frustrating. There have now been two failed collection attempts by DHL, where they did not turn up, and despite being reassured by Tredz that this would be sorted, I am still waiting for the bike to be collected.I’ve had to chase for updates, and there seems to be a lack of coordination between Tredz and DHL. At this point, it feels like the responsibility is falling on me as the customer, which shouldn’t be the case.It’s disappointing, as the process started well, but the lack of follow-through and resolution is letting the experience down.
