I'm a long time customer of tsc

I'm a long time customer. I purchased a necklace and the item was cancelled due to some unfounded issue with my credit card. Have now been locked out of my account and have been told I can't use any easy pays for one year! Customer care is no help and can't talk to anyone in their finance Dept.

My mother is in palliative care

My mother is in palliative care in her final days. She is elderly and probably TSC's target audience: people who sit around all day putting in time.Monitoring her email I saw that something had been shipped for which she had a subscription. I called on her behalf to stop this order, return it and stop anything on her account. I was not allowed because of their policy. The first rep didn't offer to escalate. I had to ask. Upon escalation the manager wasn't informed by the first rep that she was in a dying state.So I went to the hospital later that day and she could barely whisper one word to affirm, but she cancelled her account with TSC to stop the recurring order.I am livid. Maybe they excel in policy, but should be ashamed of any compassion for humankind.

Can I give 0 stars?

Update from November 2025. My order was returned, TSC has acknowledged they received it. Their finance company has sent me 2 letters and an email asking for easypay payments for a product I never received. When I call and speak to an agent they say I do not owe (which they are correct, I don't). When will their finance team stop harassing me? Because this is exactly what it is, harassment.

I had bought good stuff no returns.but I did return for first time ending up paying 1/3 of cost of stuff to return. Nasty.For my birthday get a 20% off and a month to use it Great. But only on certain things OMGosh. Nasty again

TSC & the Roger’s thanks for bringing scammers to CANADA

TSC & the Roger’s that is its umbrella is just getting worse and worse. I have been emailing them, no response to any mail at all, i have gone onto their social media about them bringing in a vendor that they did not do any research in and even after i contacted them that they have faulty products, they defraud their customers, and the biggest thing, they promise a lifetime warranty, BUT THERE IS NO LIFETIME WARRANTY! The person on the phone PRince laughed at me saying that’s impossible, how are these ladies here then, our hiring people do research. I then laughed at him by asking if he ever checked their vendors social media, their vendors TrustPilot reviews, or how about their own reviews before they brought them back the their third time or show? This fraudulent company is Life Lab Beauty run by two sisters (so they claim) Anyway, these two do not respond to any emails to hundreds of people, their products die and they do not honour any warranty, this is factual and the story is told over and over, yet TSC still brings them on to cause more damage. I bought over 1500.00 worth of their stuff. the neck light died after a few weeks, i contacted them, they said sure, we will send a new light. Waited.waited. Nothing, I emailed them another 3 times, at first to say um i didn’t get anything, email me back, then nothing, there is no Contact telephone numbers for Life Lab Beauty, so don’t bother looking, this is what scammers do. I totally blame TSC for bringing them in, I gave them heads up months in advance yet they ignored, and brought them again, and almost did the same as them. Canada, we gotta stop shopping here for convenience, they do not bring in Canadian items, or companies…these scammers from love lab beauty are UK scammers…why would TSC bring them here to scam us! TSC you have terrible customer service when someone emails you, you respond!!!! You take your fraud companies out as soon as you hear their scammers, you owe all these people money! I hope this hits the media that YOU guys are the ones that brought them here when 4 yrs ago they were already scamming people, and even not paying the manufacturers there money! Update to TSC: To whom it may concern: you make no mention of the bigger issue that TSC brought this vendor without proper and due diligence to see how this vendor reacts and how serious it takes their customers, which the outcome has been they failed and scammed us…then u also did not mention the fact that even when brought to your attention that this vendor has products that fail over and over, your response is we will send another failed product. This is not my concern. I, unlike you apparently, am concerned with the fact that TSC is STiLL dealing with this company who produces products that fail, then do not respond to requests for service, then block any communication with the customer. Then you just back them up by bringing them back for another show to sell more unreliable items, to do this over and over to more customers. This is a failure not just on them, but on TSC. You failed as well. When you do not bring in vendors that have bad reputations and sell products that do not work, then you will be doing better. So how about your review on your protocol on bringing vendors in to scam others?

This is in response to the TSC response…

This is in response to the TSC response to my original comments. This is a lie ... the items were available on Auto Ship from the Vendor in January when I first asked the question of what happened to my order. 10 weeks later this is their answer! Why's there NOTHING written to indicate that there is a maximum number of shipments or an expiry date on Auto Ship orders?? BAD customer service - as is completely ignoring your customer & the actual question.

Incompetent staff and bad customer service

I ordered a $5300 Evera ring January 14 2026, noticed it was covered in someones hand lotion, scratches all over the gold and lastly the Diamond not sitting STRAIGHT in the bezel, but at an angled slope. Reached out tot hem ASAP and they got back to me February 27th A MONTH LATER with a resolution to exchange my size 8 ring for their only size 7 which is all they had left. I agreed and mailed back the original ring and today March 14th I get my replacement from them and turns out it's the VERY SAME RING I had sent to them to exchange. Never again would I shop at TSC ! their incompetence sucks your energy dealing with THEIR problems and this issue is still not resolved !

I have used TSC for many years.

I have been ordering from TSC for many years, and they provide excellent details from their channel to the purchases I have made in the past. From when I do make the purchase to the delivery - the process works fabulously. The payment options TSC provides is very flexible and easy to use. The last purchase I had made was for the NSC mattress, and I have had the mattress for several weeks now, and it feels great.

I originally ordered an iPad bundle on…

I originally ordered an iPad bundle on Feb 22nd. Email to confirm the order with estimated ship date Feb 23rd, then nothing. I call to check on the order Feb 24th and am told, no problems it's in the warehouse, they even provided a Shipping Tracking #-being shipped by CP. Then Feb 26th-email- we're sorry- your order is on back order! HUH? The "no problem" order with the shipping # is on BACK ORDER??! I call again- different CSR- they don't know what happened (ya, sure). I order a different color, she checks- in in stock. My order number remains the same and the email shows delivery date of Feb 27th. Here we are- March 3rd- no updated email, no tracking # NOTHING- a call to them yields a condescending CSR who provides me with "that shipping date is wrong" - oh really, I wouldn't have guessed that. I don't know how these folks stay in business! Had I read the reviews before I placed the order- I would've RUN in the opposite direction. The "deal" is no deal if this is what I have to contend with.
