Brilliant
Brilliant, I’m the most chaotic person, can’t run a bath never mind a family holiday, TUI took all the stress I was worrying about and made my experience pleasant

Fabulous Tui holiday in Majorca!
We have just returned from a fabulous holiday in Majorca. The Tui hotel was amazing! Our room looked out over the sea with amazing sunrises to wake up to every morning. Well worth the extra cost. The food was great. Lots of choice with themed nights. The quality and quantity of food was outstanding. The spa on the 6th floor looked out across the bay. We did water aerobics in the pool every morning. The outside pool and air temperature wasn't quite warm enough to be out there just yet.Good entertainment every evening in the hotel bar. We can't praise this hotel enough!The flight details,airport advice and information from Tui was also good. We will definitely very booking with Tui again.

TUI Braehead- once more 5* service.
Visited TUI Braehead last week. As always great advice, listening to what we actually want and Caroline was very patient when we were jumping back & forth between 2 destinations. Cara who helped us previously was able to secure a discount as we used our BLC’s.Never hesitate using this branch of TUI and Caroline made sure our questions were answered.

Tui do not care about the customers…
Tui do not care about the customers safety and do nothing to support their customers. We stayed in tui blue aqua fantasy Turkey both me and my husband were sick and came down with some type of bug from eating the food reported it to the two staff told us it was an isolated case yet three people in the queue before us all reporting sickness and food poisoning another lady had been hospitalised twice from the same hotel in the same week from food poisoning to we were not interested haven’t dealt with it and I’m not interested and people were getting really sick reported to eat at the hotel and when got home nothing done told it was an isolated case basically lied and did nothing about it Went to Minorca I have a severe nut allergy was told to report to reception and they would advise on how to eat in the restaurant and to go buy allergy cards five days into the Holiday the hotel manager advises that the allergy cards are not correct and I just placed there to make it look like they are doing what they should be doing and that everything within the restaurant contains nuts as it’s all pre-packed and brought in bought this up to the tui rep at the hotel not interested not a problem and couldn’t care less when you got home Home also brought this up with tui again couldn’t care less not interested and the hotel ended up paying compensation Went to Florida and the flight was too advised of my allergy before we left was told there would be a nut free meal on the out journey and inward journey to discover that actually none of their meals are nut free and they cannot guarantee any food to be not free yet they are advising and so other staff when you bought the plane that your meal is completely not free spoke to the CEO of TUI again who called me a liar when I asked her why would I eat a meal that contained nuts? 36,000 feet in the air and put my life at risk without being told it was completely not free she said she couldn’t answer that and hung up the phoneUnfortunately this company needs to be held accountable for the lives. They are putting in danger. They are just getting away with lying and not looking after their customers and taking care of them.Never again
