The TuneCore platform offers a complete solution that streamlines the process from release to payout. Their support team is responsive and exceptionally good at problem‑solving.

I bought a yearly membership and put out an album. They unfinalized my album and said the album artwork needed fixed. (I used their program for the artwork) So I did what they said and the album is still unfinalized. I emailed three separate times and still no response. DON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY!!

Everything is flagged now as AI, even 2 Decade old songs. Also it has the worst support there is, they answer weeks later and releases need 4+ weeks till they are live. Absolutely no comparison to Distrokid where there is everything online within hours.

Ok. Tunecore works but I'm over seeing my music on the internet. It's overrated. I took it all down. It works though if you want to get a membership. Cheap too.

Tunecore was good when I started as they gave artists who aren’t signed to a label a means to release their music. Their customer service was much better when they were a newer platform. Like many platforms they have just been comfortable collecting yearly fee’sfrom artists while totally bailing on the customer service. You have to jump through a bunch of hoops just to make a support inquiry.. they will then give you a ticket # and you will be lucky if you ever hear back from them because of “back log”. This is very frustrating. They removed one of my releases without any explanation whatsoever. I switched to distrokid and will be removing my releases from my tunecore account. Distrokid is much less hassle and the customer service has been amazing. Also if you are using royalty free vocals from sites like splice or vocal packs good luck getting your song releases with tunecore. Their review team is ridiculous and doesn’t understand that 80% of EDM producers use these packs. They are a headache to deal with but its hard to even get into dialogue with them when this issue does happen because the customer service has become so unimportant and terrible.

They froze my brother's money and never even told him why a single time. Now, I am writing comments using his email and account. He took his own life because of poverty. He told me several times that the company, which is named TuneCore, froze his money and wrote that it was temporary, but he couldn't wait any longer. If one day I reach Europe or America, I will take this case to court, and I hope the law will prevail

Multiple rejections to AI created content.....mind you after approving and releasing over 30 songs, generated and utilizing the exact same process/platform/etc.On annual professional plan, supposed to be contacted within 1 day of denial/rejection to publishing to stores....going on 2 weeks that is now affecting over 10-12 songs,Cannot upload songs (new) until rejected ones are either appoved and or removed, but won't respond back to give concise information on how to go about that process. In meantime service paid for cannot be utilized, so really just dead process/money there. I have only utilized this format, but as of now, I will be looking for other publishing options as I really just want my work out there, I am not overly worried about making money from my songs.

I have been recording instrumental ukulele music for years and play all the instruments on the recordings. Ukulele, bass, cajon, keyboards and other instruments I have laying around. It´s been one of my greatest pleasures to do this and now all of a sudden I´m being accused of using AI and they reject songs. Don´t know what to do. TuneCore just killed my desire to create.

TuneCore used to be fantastic but my last 3 interactions have been awful. They accept payment and then subsequently reject releases with valid reason. They have uploaded music with incorrect details, their website is dead on lots of pages and their support is dreadful and slow. AVOID.
