I am extremely unhappy with your…
I am extremely unhappy with your services. I was not able to get in at any of the places I planned to visit, as your company or associates did not have tickets available to any of them. Due to the inefficiency of Turbopass I could not enter Saint Peter's Basilica, nor the Pathom or any of the places we hoped to visit. It was a terrible mistake to purchase the Turbopass. This had been my worst experience ever. It was extremely difficult to find the place to get the tickets and when we finally find a strange person sitting in a random place of a plaza with no sign of being customer service for Turbopass, she told us that there are no tickets available for any of our 3 day pass. This was a scam. My family didn't get any tickets to enter any places in Rome. Extremely disappointed and upset. You ruined my vacation. Rating minus 5. Worst service ever. Please don’t use Turbopass.

DON’T USE THIS COMPANY. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. They make the mistake then claim they can’t fix it. Company HQ is in Germany and have no phone number only chat and email.
Booked a morning tour at Vatican City for the museum and Sistine Chapel and an afternoon tour of St Peters Basilica. When we checked the tickets we were booked for 1230 pm tour of the museum and Chapel. As we have a 1:30 pm tour of the Basilica we can’t make both. We contacted the “Lack of” Customer service at Turbo Pass and were told they could do nothing. According to Turbo Pass 1230 pm is the morning!They made the mistake and yet they can’t do anything.

Easy enough for organising visits to…
Easy enough for organising visits to busy places like the Acropolis and museum. However, staff at other locations like Hadrian’s Library and the Ancient Agora refused to accept our pass as a ticket. It wasn’t clear enough on our Acropolis and Slopes ticket that we also had access to these sites. Quite disappointed with this as it’s a huge reason as to why we bought these passes in the first place. I’ve seen other reviews saying these places are not included but I have an email from a staff member at Turbo confirming I would be able to get into all these other sites in Athens, so this is fairly misleading.

Unable to book excursions in advance.
I booked the turbo pass with specific excursions in mind just to note only after the purchase that these excursions cannot be booked in advanced and availability will not be guaranteed on the day we arrive in Venice. It should be noted that advanced booking is available on other platforms. There is no use in buying the pass in advance if the planned excursion isn't guaranteed. We may be stuck with whatever is left by the time we get there

It seems ok, but not quite...
The transfer only works to the same airports. I traveled from Ciampino and returned to Fiumicino. I had to pay extra.Some discounts are no valid - for example, in an ice cream shop you must to buy 3 scoops to have discount, but the Turbopass description says 2...Other than that it's ok, although I think it would be cheaper to buy the tickets yourself.

Ordering the pass was very easy and reviews seem good so I hope when we arrive in Rome it works as well.
