Quality vinyl and equipment, great service.
Always have a great experience with Turntable Lab… super cool, high-quality products, and excellent customer service. When I emailed about an estimated shipping date on a pre-order, the auto-response told me they’d get back to me in 1-2 days, but it ended up being more like 1-2 hours. Can’t go wrong with this shop, in my experience.

Customer service has been great
Customer service has been great. For my most recent purchase, I had an issue where UPS lost my package and folks from Turntable Lab were responsive and helpful. A few years ago I bought my turntable and speakers setup from TTL, and I've been really happy with it. I also love the selection of vinyl and supporting a smaller business.

Excellent customer service at Turntable Lab
I keep coming back to Turntable Lab. I’ve made many orders with them over the last few years and am always satisfied with the service. They have excellent customer service and are always responsive and fair in their handling of issues (not that I’ve had many). The one issue I had (which was because of USPS) was dealt with smoothly and quickly - my order was promptly re-sent. I’ve had issues with some other online vinyl stores (orders never turning up, customer service taking weeks to respond, etc.) and I’ve never experienced anything like that with Turntable Lab.

USPS bad, Turntable Lab great.
Despite a very unpredictable USPS for which a Priority Mail package took a month to get here, Turntable Lab staff was exceedingly helpful. The We Are Rewind GB-001 tape player has been outstanding, and is now the core of my home system, having replaced years of systems of all sizes and configurations.

Wrong Item, Good Customer Service
They sent me the incorrect stylus. I paid $40 for 2-day shipping, so I was disappointed. However, they issued me a full refund the next day and offered me a discount code, without me having to return the stylus. Very pleased with the customer service!
