There are tons of people fishing here…

There are tons of people fishing here it is 1125 in the morning. People cannot even swim in the water. They are catching fish not everyone is releasing them. They’re using it for bait to catch bigger fish, possibly sharks and again there are people fishing here this is ridiculous. Is there anyone anyone in charge of this?

Great customer service, honours warranty

I recently contacted Turtle Beach regarding a headset issue where the hinge on the ear cup failed during normal use after a few days over 2 years since I bought it. Although the product was just outside of the standard warranty period by a few days, their support team took the time to review the situation and handled it extremely well.After discussing the issue and reviewing the photos and video I provided, they made a one-time exception and arranged a replacement for me. The communication from the support team was clear, professional, and very helpful throughout the process. Their headphones are great and are of high quality, and I would highly recommend.

From frustration to completely blown away. Thank you, Turtle Beach

I’ve been a huge fan of ROCCAT for years. My first Kone lasted me nearly six years, which is why I didn’t hesitate to invest in a new model. I loved the product, recommended it to friends and colleagues, and was genuinely convinced by the brand.After roughly a year, my mouse developed a hardware defect. Since I no longer had the receipt and Media Markt couldn’t locate the transaction either, the support team was unfortunately unable to help despite me providing bank transaction proof, photos, and the serial number. As a student juggling rent, tuition, and everyday expenses, a replacement simply wasn’t in the budget.I decided to share my experience on Reddit, honestly not expecting much. That’s where everything changed. The Turtle Beach Reddit team reached out, took my case seriously, and sent me a brand new Kone XP Air. I’m genuinely speechless.This is exactly the customer-first mentality I always associated with ROCCAT, and I’m so glad to see it is very much alive at Turtle Beach. Thank you.

I have to turn my stealth 600 headset…

I have to turn my stealth 600 headset on then wait 10 seconds then join a party then unmute my headset whenever I want to join an xbox party or discord. If I don’t then I have to restart the xbox and restart it until it decides it wants to let me talk with my friends. It cannot handle loud music and will start clicking if it gets to loud.

The headset failed immediately after the warranty period ended. Stopped turning on. Support was no help. Would never purchase another product from this company again

Outstanding Customer Service

I ordered the Stealth 500 headset for my nephew. Unfortunately, I ordered one that was not compatible with Playstation. I contacted Turtle Beach, and they very promptly replied with return information, and once I gave them tracking numbers, they quickly refunded the item. They were fast and efficient. The only downside which was not a big deal was they could not make an exchange. It had to be a new order. This is a company with really good customer service.

Turtle Beach delivers exactly what gamers need. The headset was easy to set up, works seamlessly with my console, and provides great mic clarity when playing online. I also appreciate the durable design and comfortable fit. As someone gaming from Canada, it’s been a reliable upgrade that noticeably improved my overall gaming experience.

Headset warranty

The headset couldn’t be connected to a gaming system. So it wasn’t being used. When I did try to use the headset it wouldn’t even turn on. Contacted Turtle Beach support in reference to the warranty and all I got was worthless, irrelevant emails back and forth. Then, they stopped responding when I asked why they wouldn’t provide the warranty information, as requested in the initial correspondence. I agree with other customers. Don’t waste your time or money with this company or their products. They lack business acumen.

"Beached Turtle", Turtle beach Atom Controller

DO NOT BUY! product failed after just a year. Support refused to warrantee since over 1 year past purchase. Right half had a mechanical failure where the stick and trigger no longer respond. Never dropped, never spilled anything on it and almost always in a case until use.Turtle beach is no longer a good brand for durability. Failed after 14 months.The representative, Honda, didnt realize it was even a controller, called it a headset. Refusing to escalate to a higher representative. 0/10 customer service. I spelled out my troubleshooting steps, including a firmware update which shows version 0.00 on the right unit. Their first question was literally did you turn it off and on. Refusing to say or do anything except a 25% off a brand new one in their store. But they "dont want to pressure me into a new unit" I have NEVER dealt with a worse service rep.
