Customer service is slow and do not take responsibility. Screws have come loose in tap shoes and fallen out while dancing, I've been told to get them fixed at my own cost - I've not even had them a year and dance once a week.Replies via email often take a week. I feel scammed :(

The worst company ever. Bloch Europe can steal your money and won't even bother answer to you. I just lost 50 euros for an item that didn't arrived. there is no phone to call them, and on the mail they tell you that we will check the matter and we will answer to you. It's been a month for god's sake!!!

Edit: email received asking which shoes were wanted, having failed to gather this information from the initial order, the return slip and two further emails! I think that this is a good old firm which has contracted distribution to a bunch of total incompetents.Original Post: My wife ordered two items a month ago. Two items were sent but one was totally incorrect and didn't match the despatch note. They will not issue a free return label for 'incorrect item' so my wife paid to return the item with an explanatory note. She eventually received an email refusing a replacement or refund as what she returned was not what she ordered! She replied stating clearly that this was precisely the problem and that the fault was theirs, not hers. Three weeks and one chase email later, no response.

Quality products and the prices reflect that. My only issue was I'd followed a link in an email to reorder something but the size reverted to the smallest, not what I'd ordered. I'd realised my mistake within 30 seconds of placing the order but there's no way of cancelling or amending it.

Shockingly bad customer service for returns. Sent a pair of shoes back almost two months ago and am still to receive a refund. Excuse given that 'there was missing information on the returns form but we're processing it now for you'. No phone number on the website so you have to go through a form or email which doesn't fill me with confidence. Avoid at all cost unless you don't ever want to return something, in which case, best of luck.
