I am waiting too long again for a refund
I am waiting again for a refund. The first return I waited about 6 weeks and now on a separate item it’s been over 2weeks since I got an email saying it would take 7 days. Totally unacceptable and it appears to be happening to too many people.

Poor customer care.
I received a T-shirt that has colour run. It was washed in accordance to the care label with 1 other new T-shirt from Saint and Sofia. Customer care have told me it was colour transfer from another item and it was not a fabric flaw. The only item it could have come from was the other T-shirt I bought from them. They are now not responding to further emails. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 this is not satisfactory quality and that entitles me to a refund. I am not happy with the response I have received as I have bought the items in good faith that they will be fit for purpose: this includes satisfactory laundering of the products.

Do not accept the gift card
My husband bought me a few items for my birthday but only one was suitable. Returned the items and was issued a gift card. Struggled to find something else to buy for months,as find everything very overpriced for what it is. Finally did place an order, but everything was either too big or too small, despite being the same size. Returned again and it went back on the original gift card with the original expiry date which didn't give very long to purchase again. Feel they push you towards the gift card option, but now will always insist on a refund. Card has now expired so unlikely to buy from here again.

Happy customer
I've been looking for a pair of comfortable spring summer trousers in a natural fabric, and Saint and Sofia popped up on my Facebook feed with some organic cotton trousers, more than I would normally pay but for something I wear nearly every day I thought I would try them. The company sent me a discount voucher while I was thinking about the purchase so that helped. The item arrived beautifully packaged in a box, and yes they fit and lovely and comfortable. So I am happy.
