compliment magnet. MUST!
this Ulike LED has been the best skincare purchase yet! it has upgraded my skin texture and my glow in complete 180. I didn't think it will change that much on my 1st week but the up keep and consistency is key! it has really knock out the rest of the LED mask in the market! Thank you.

Liked the device!
I liked the device! It is effective if you adhere to the schedule given in the guidebook. It has easy instructions to follow. The Sapphire Ice Cooling feature helps a lot to feel less heat and burning on your skin. Thank you!

Not good at all
Terrible experience and customer service overall. The device did not work for me and return process was awful. Customer service was just unhelpful with the refund process and they offered conflicting information. I had to pay for a return label to be printed out as they did not bother to send me a QR code.Avoid and find a decent local salon that would help with the matter. It is not worth the complications. I ended up having inflamed hair follicles after using the device. The hair did not fall at all after weeks of using it. I found using the device to be extremely difficult as one has to go over the areas at least three times and the process is slow and took hours. It was time consuming and the glasses do not protect the eyes at all. Be careful when using this device as the glasses are cheap and the light emitted by the device is extremely strong and it can affect the eyes.

Great mask and customer service!
I ended up liking the Ulike mask so much that I ended up also getting the travel version later on! 10/10 would recommend, especially as someone who has struggled with acne and inflammation.I'd initially opted out of the bundle, since I wasn't sure the mask would work at first. Customer service was super speedy and helpful when I emailed them about the situation, though, and let me pay the difference between the bundle price and the individual mask price to receive the travel mask separately.

No rash after shaving
I use the ulike 10 pro since February 2026. I use it 1-2 times a week. I am Slavic, white hair and white skin. I can't see any extreme result, but my the best benefit is NO rash after shaving. I hope I will see the results after some time of use, but anyway I am very happy with the device

Painless!
I'm no stranger to IPL hair removal at home (and laser hair removal in office) so I know what it can and can't achieve. I bought the ULike so I could hopefully address more sensitive areas of my body with less pain, and I can definitely say, most of the settings are essentially painless. If you use SHR mode, prepare for a touch of spiciness, but otherwise, the cooling head really limits any pain you would normally have from IPL! So far, it's hard to comment on the results as I am in "maintenance mode" already for most of the areas I am using the ULike on (switching from another IPL brand that is a lot hotter and from quite a few in-office laser hair removal sessions), but I can definitely say it does feel like this will be a really sustainable way to maintain hair removal results at home!

The best investment ever
