UPERFECT has been a great brand in my experience. The product quality is solid, and everything works as expected. What stood out the most, though, was the customer support — fast, helpful, and genuinely focused on solving the issue. Overall, a very positive experience and I would definitely consider buying from them again.

Having a Uperfect FlipGo pro 16 inch for 2 years; I am very happy with it on the use for trading, the finish of the chassis, the protection for different movements in the teens bag, the support provided for the table or office in hotels but also with the attached products in very practical magnetic Vesa at home. The image quality in 2.5k has a good display with the matte screen. Can't wait to have the Uperfect Omega in 22 inches that will be released in 2026

Bought a monitor and a u-shaped mini HDMI adapter. The adapter wasn’t working properly so I reached out and within a few days of troubleshooting I was shipped another adapter with no more issues. Great product and service was great.

I bought two screens a month ago (Delta Pro Touch 16" and UTouch G16). Before purchasing, I reached out for advice but was completely ignored.After I paid, the nightmare started. It took two weeks of painful communication to learn that neither screen was actually in stock, despite being listed as "available" on the website. One is even discontinued and will never be shipped.I requested a refund two weeks ago and I am still waiting for my money. The second screen hasn't arrived either.My advice: Do not buy directly from their website. It is unreliable. If you want their products, go through a third-party reseller like Amazon who actually respects delivery times and customers. I cannot comment on the product quality yet, but the buying experience is a disaster.

Update: Uperfect gave a response here at Trustpilot, however the reality is totally different when I contact them, via customer support emails.They don't respond to the emails when I have already contacted them and then they say that I have not responded to their email. They say they would replace the screen if its found faulty. However, I have now written atleast 4-5 emails, with attached video evidence that the screen is faulty and I am still waiting for their response about replacement.Their words and actions are different. I have no trust in Uperfect anymore and the words that they say. I would believe when they replace my faulty screen. I am still waiting Uperfect for your response...********************************Original Post:I have a Uperfect UGame K118 with three years of warranty on purchase. The screen worked well for a while and now its not working. Screen got blank with no display, while the audio is still working. I searched the internet and found this fault is quite common in Uperfect monitors. I contacted the customer service and a got an initial response from someone named Stella. I provided a supporting video of the faulty monitor and then they stopped communicating knowing that it could not be fixed and would probably be needed to be replaced. I wrote multiple emails and still received no response. Extremely frustrated and angry with Uperfect team. Would never recommend their product!!
