No problems
I received the 50mm fujicron lens in a timely manner, with UPP sending out updates on the order and shipping. The lens arrived in the same shape as shown in the photos. When checking the lens on the camera I noticed a slight motor noise when using manual focus, which may be normal. Overall, I'm satisfied with the service provided by UPP.

Purchase of Leica M11 Monochrome
The shipping was fast and the camera arrived on time as promised. It was securely packaged, ensuring the delicate, top-tier German craftsmanship was protected, with the aluminum top plate and sapphire glass display in pristine condition. Finding this camera at a reasonable price is often the hardest part of the Leica journey and I was fortunate to find this gem at a great price.

Purchased 28-300mm Nikon F-mount lens. Lens was rated as Mint-. Rating was spot on as lens is in pristine condition. Buyer's tip: While this is one of the very few sites who will list shutter count on camera bodies, their physical description of the item is sparse to non-existent. Their moto is, "What you see is what you get" so, review images of the actual item carefully. If a lens cap, hood or mount is not shown, it is not included.

I'm stunned by the number of people…
I'm stunned by the number of people rating UPP poorly, as I have never had a bad experience with them over an extensive buying history. This is my go-to store for used gear. UPP stands behind what they sell, 100% I once purchased a graphics tablet from them; my computer hated it and I returned the tablet without a single quibble or problem. For people to blame a seller for poor transit times is ludicrous. To buy used and then expect something better than new is unrealistic. UPP is very fair in their grading. I've bought vintage, digital and film cameras up to 8x10. Never an issue.

Pleasant as always!
Ordered a Nikon 24-85mm f/2.8-4 AF-D zoom lens online. My order was ready for pickup the next morning. Drove to the showroom, was greeted pleasantly, and picked up my order.In and out in minutes. The lens was in better-than-expected condition, as is typical of Used Photo Pro.

It took 12 days to receive my order. Somehow after it came to CA, it got sent to OR. I know if I buy again I'll go the fast express route.
