Had the best experience with Jeremy today over the phone, well informed, great attitude. Helped me get exactly what i was needing and even provided the background and service related differences to me between support and service animals. Amazing guy, ask for him!

***A Million Star Company***...Calling…
***A Million Star Company***...Calling and getting my dog Certified to be an ESA with US Service Animals was the best thing I've done in awhile because of Your Company...You made it so easy...I thought it was gonna take forever and have to deal with so many obstacles but Your Service made it so easy and Your Salesperson and CSR walked me all the way through it with me and I have a Brain Injury so I needed to be walked through like that...it was even just as easy technically with emails and your pricing and delivery were all on point...Just a couple of days and I had everything...my dog tags, custom collar, amazing chest harnesses and paperwork...even the Dr that called me and screened me was so helpful and careful with me...I did all of this with 2 dogs and it was so easy and professional...I give this company 1 million stars.

This company gave me all the support I needed to assure that my baby become a US emotional support dog as I suffered from a broken neck from a motorcycleAccident then having a daughter get shot 4 times . Being a divorce women with grown children out of the home living alone became difficultSo I decided to get me a pet and take her everywhere as if she was my child and this process with this company was fast quick and the fees were perfectanything for my baby thank you so much for helping me and I so love the pink emotional gear and card that came .. be blessed -Chiniqua -Atl Ga 🫶🐕🦺

Getting my pet registered with US…
Getting my pet registered with US Service Animals is so fast and easy! My representative, Jeremy, explained everything that covers my animal, offered a bundled package that saved me money and he was so friendly and knowledgeable. Within minutes, I had digital copies of both the certificate and ID card, and he also scheduled a follow up call to make sure I didn't need anything else or had additional questions. I highly recommend this service for anyone that needs either the ESA registration, or a prescription letter from a licensed medical physician! Thanks Jeremy, you are awesome!
