Vantrue N4 Pro - Great Custer Service
Very pleased with the quality of the unit. The customer service (CS) is top notch!! I a minor issue with the unit after the warranty period had lapse and CS was very responsive. Went above and beyond to get my unit working again and even send me a new adapter to get it back to new working order.

Good product, poor Customer Service
Good product (used this model before) at a good price. However, response to a delivery issue was not helpful. I ordered memory cards with the dash cams but they did not arrive together. I had not received the memory cards but Vantrue's site indicated they had been delivered. I emailed Vantrue for assistance and they simply repeated with their site indicated, sending a picture of the package on someone's porch (not mine). Fortunately for me a neighbor received my package and was kind enough to bring it to me. Vantrue's response did not instill confidence that they would take any action other than stand by their tracking number and photo.

Vantrue is truly the best!
I had a great experience with Vantrue’s customer service team. I accidentally ordered the wrong power cord for my dash cam, and instead of making it a hassle, they went above and beyond to help me out. After reaching out, they quickly confirmed the issue and sent me the correct replacement free of charge.The whole process was smooth, fast, and stress-free. It’s rare to find a company that stands behind their customers like this, especially for something that was my own mistake. Really impressed with their responsiveness and willingness to help—definitely gives me more confidence in the brand. Highly recommend!
