I would not even give them 1 star if I had a choice. I bought the wrong accessories and when I got my pax 3 device, I noticed and immediately contacted support at Vapor.com. That was in September. I have sent them multiple emails since then with no response. This is now almost end of November. I had one response from their customer service asking me why I was opening an account with them. They said at that time they would begin the refund procedure, but again nothing happened. I have since learned that pax is no longer selling the pax 3. Support at Vapor.com says to fill out their forms for a refund but again nothing happened. I feel I have been the victim of another scam. Not a responsible company as can be seen by all the bad reviews. I did not realize at the time I was in a third party sale and when I contacted Pax about this company, they respectively stepped away. BUYER BEWARE!!!

It’s now been over two weeks, and I’m still waiting for an order. to ship. Many emails, crickets.Looking at the other reviews, I am wondering if I’ll ever get my order.I can only hope it’s not a complete scam!

Complaint about product order VAPOR460464. Placed order on 5/27/2025. Web site stated order should be sent out in 3-5 business days. Checked order status and keeps saying "order is delayed". This is a small order and should not take so long to ship out.

Ordered a Groove Cara Pen and 2 lighters in December 2024. The Cara arrived scratched and clearly had been a return. The two lighters are almost unfillable and 3/4 of the butane spills all over the exterior of the lighters. I have tried email, phone, and contact form. Nothing from them. Update: Eventually, I contacted my bank (I had paid with a bank credit card) and they were able to intervene and get me a 100% refund...no help at all from Vapor.com.

Vapor.com is very shady. When my first attempt (12/22/24) was allegedly sent to the wrong address to be returned to sender, they told me it was my fault and that I had typed the address incorrectly. While waiting on the promised refund, I reordered the same items (1/2/25), this time I took a screen shot to make sure I had entered correctly. Sure enough, this second order mysteriously went to the wrong address. In other words for a second time my address was mysteriously changed by vapor.com. I suspect they do not have the stock in inventory or are insolvent. I find it very concerning that my two orders experienced the same unrequested interference (changing the address) and that also both orders somehow had the same invoice number, even though 3 weeks apart. Also how did they purport to age verify as required by law if the address they are using does not match my address of record? I provided them with the order number and order dates, and screenshot showing the address I used, but received no reply from the business.

I have been a long-standing, loyal customer for 6+ years. The service, up until recently, has been very good, but not anymore, so it seems. I placed a large order on 24th May and the money was taken from my bank account. On the 28th May I noticed that the Order Status had been changed to "cancelled". No idea why and no notification from Vapour.com. I have emailed the Customer Care Dept 4 times and called the helpline no multiple times too, but to no avail. No one has bothered to get back to me....so they have my money, but I do not have the goods and no sign of a refund either. Extremely disappointed with this service and shall switch to another company from now on.

I bought a product on vapor.com. I received the product promptly, but I need to return it (I realized after the purchase that I need a different model), and they will not respond to multiple requests for a return authorization number, which I need in order to mail the item back to them. I have emailed their customer service email address four or five times over the last six days and not gotten a response.
