My new letter jacket from Varsity Base rocks!
I absolutely love my new letter jacket! The quality and materials used to create my jacket are excellent. I was able to use their AI generator to create a custom patch, which turned out great. I worked with Luke Staben, Donn, and Hannah from their customer satisfaction team. They were not only responsive, but also very helpful with my questions throughout the entire process. I wore my jacket at the Navy lacrosse game and got a ton of compliments. People immediately asked where I got my jacket from. Several of my classmates plan to order similar jackets as well. Let down and Disappointed…
The fabrics were nice but the patches and below standard. I was excited waiting on delivery but very disappointed in finished product. It now just sits in the closet.

I really liked the fact that I could design my jacket completely from scratch. There’s a wide choice of colors, materials, and even the option to add your own designs, which is awesome.After placing the order and paying, I wasn’t left on my own — throughout the whole process, from design to delivery, I felt taken care of. They kept checking if everything was exactly how I wanted it, whether the design was final, and also helped me get the sizing just right.Customer service is definitely on a high level. The quality of the materials and workmanship is also very good — I had some doubts at the beginning, but they turned out to be completely unnecessary.I’ll definitely order another jacket, this time for warmer weather 👍
