Poor customer service…
I placed an order for 12 items of childs clothing whilst they had a sale on. One item was sent in wrong colour and size, I sent the incorrect item back as requested with proof of receipt. Now after backwards and forwards with emails I have not received the replacement item. It seems they are a good company until something goes wrong and they are incapable of correctly their mistake.

They are thieves.They are thieves.
They are thieves.I placed two orders. The first one went fine, but with the second they sent the wrong item — they sent me a sheet for a crib while I had ordered one for a child’s bed.After several weeks of back-and-forth emails, asking me for photos and videos, they told me to send the product back. I did, and now more than two months have passed and I still haven’t received my refund.They no longer respond to emails, and I have £18 of my money that hasn’t been returned.
