I love VICI
I love VICI! Not only do they have an incredible selection of unique and stylish clothes they style so well, which gives me outfit inspo, but their customer service has gone above and beyond for me multiple times. They also have great sales and membership perks that allow me to stock up on clothes I have my eye on. Their customer service (especially Stephanie) makes me want to continue being a loyal customer. Very much reccomend.

Excellent customer service
I ordered a dress that was marked as delivered by dhl but i hadn’t received it. I waited 24 hours and still no package so I reached out to VICI customer service and spoke to Zelle. They gave me a full refund as a one time courtesy. Though I am disappointed the dress didn’t show up, I am very satisfied with their CS and I will definitely be ordering again.

My pros and cons
I've loved almost every piece I've purchased. My opinion of things to work on is a standardization of sizing. I'm 5'6" with a high of 140lbs and I can usually tell if I should get the S or M. I've had 2 M's that were way too small. My other comment is in general, items have increased in cost. While most places are always going up in cost, I miss getting great prices. If you look at my profile, I've spent around 10k but I'm not going to pay $50 for a pair of shorts anymore. It's just not a deal. Thank you for a lot of great items.

Unethical return policy
I like some of the clothing however my last 3 purchases did not fit and there return policy is sort of a scam. You get a store credit and thats unethical because maybe you dont want anything else. Ive been forced to keep clothing that dont fit me at all and sell it online instead. Now that most the stuff is not fitting me im discouraged to buy here. Im now going to Lulus because they have a good exchange policy.

vici clothing
Ive purchased a few times from Vici. There clothes have always been great quality and a decent fit.i love that no one else seems to know this site so i never catch myself in the same outfit as someone else. I will add as they are a US company i wouldn't expect to return any items as they don't offer free returns and paying the costs would be extortionate. However I haven't as yet wanted to return anything as its always so good!
