Ordered a planter it is absolutely horrible it arrived broken the plastic screws are rubbish at a cost of £169 its a cheap product don't purchase from them, over priced.

Please do not waste your time and money
Very poor quality products. My particular product also had missing parts but regardless of whether the selling agent had the parts in stock, I wouldn’t have been able to be assemble it anyway due to the appalling quality and useless instructions. I’m aware of other consumers experiencing the same disappointment.The response from the company below is correct as I never ordered directly through VidaXL but through Berkfield Homes. Please see my review on Berkfield home on that aspect of my full experience or ordering the product.

Nightmare to communicate with
Nightmare to communicate with. Ten emails later and still waiting for a part that was apparently sent five days ago so customer service is poor.The blind itself does the job nicely, provide different sizes which was ideal for my window. Fabric is thin but does black out.

Not impressed with this piece of furniture
Not impressed with this piece of furniture.What should have been an easy project turned into a nightmare, the cam nuts and screws didnt screw together to hold tight and the wooden dowels would disappear when inserted into pre drilled holes.

Excellent product and smooth delivery
Excellent product and smooth delivery, matches the pictures on the website. Not happy with the instructions as not very clear in few steps which side to assemble. Had to disassemble 3 times overall. Took little longer, but end product was great.

Cupboard handle bargain!
Just picked up new cupboard handles for my kitchen at a fraction of the price I had been seeing elsewhere. They are not fitted yet granted, but look to be of great quality and at an excellent price!
