April 09, 2026:-----------------Why don't you guys have negative rating system. This vendor "VIP Outlet" is practicing highly unprofessional. On eBay I ordered a 55" TV on March 30, 2026. On the face of it they advertised 3 days delivery. Once after making the payment, it showed the delivery is 3 to 8 days. Since I pushed them to cancel the order if not received in 3 days, I received it on the 4th day. This is misleading! Secondly, the parcel was missing power cord, remote controller and stands. It is 7th day now, they did not even bother to reply to my messages. So unprofessional company. BEWARE OF THEM, THEIR AIM IS TO CON CUSTOMERS WITH THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!

VIPOUTLET is predatory

VIPOUTLET is predatory. I ordered through them at Walmart.com. Not only did they lie about the delivery date at checkout, the box arrived 3 days late, completely mangled, missing so many parts it was not even useable. They refused to send another one, the only option was a return. But to return it, they sent me a FedEx label, which required me to haul a 70 pound oversized box over an hour away to a FedEx location that would accept it. Completely unacceptable. Your crappy alternate shipper (Maersk) delivered a destroyed product to my door, so you're going to come to my door to pick it up. Seriously, what do these people think? They can just be terrible to customers and get away with it? Always check who the seller is on these websites, and avoid VIPOutlet at all costs.

Ordered an ice maker

Ordered an ice maker. It came loose in a box and dented up and of course didnt work. Returned it. It was verified that it was received and my refund promised by April 2. Never arrived. They are processing in their own timeliness. Ebay and PayPal have started an investigation and i will also contact my bank. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE FLY BY NIGHT FOREIGNERS

Bought a "brand new" rc car that came used and beat all to hell,gouges in the chassis and missing every single accessorie that was supposed to come with ,these people are 100% scammers,and their ignorance for not checking items does not excuse them from taking people's money for used items being sold as new

Don't waste your time or risk extra charges

Strangly charges a ghost double charge, one with and one without tax. Items weren't in stock so ordered were canceled. Then they relisted the item AGAIN. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK

VIPOutlet will list items as in stock when they're not

VIPOutlet will list items as in stock, take your money and sit on it for a few days before telling you there's no stock and give you a refund. Then they will immediately relist the items as in stock and available for sale. Don't give them your money. Tried it several times with the same items they kept claiming were in stock on the site but clearly never were. On the plus side, I guess they lost money from having to eat the transaction / refund fees. You'd think basic inventory management would be something they could handle. Instead their system is such crap that it will add 1 to the available inventory of a product when an order is cancelled due to no stock.

This will be a short one, I did place an order for an item which had discount, everything went fine that dayThen days started going by until one day Walmart told me there will be a delay with my shipping, I reached out to them and one of their customer support specialists told me they were having delays and they did not know when my product was going to be shippedI told them I would wait, next day they just cancelled my orderI guess they set the wrong place or sold the product to someone else at a higher price and did not have a way to honor my purchaseJust avoid them...

Vacuum Arrived with Dead Rat and Lara needs to be fired

I had an extremely disappointing experience with VIPOutlet and would strongly caution others before purchasing from them.I recently ordered a vacuum from their store expecting a simple refurbished product at a good price. When the package arrived, the box appeared poorly repacked, but the real shock came when I opened it. Inside the vacuum housing was a dead rat. It was one of the most disturbing things I have ever encountered in a product shipment and raised serious concerns about the sanitation and inspection practices used by this retailer.After discovering this, I immediately contacted customer service hoping for a quick resolution. Unfortunately, that experience was almost as frustrating as the original issue. The "User experience specialist" that messaged me, Lara, was extremely rude and dismissive. Rather than showing concern or apologizing for the situation, she seemed irritated that I even reported the problem. She implied that the rat might have gotten into the vacuum from my house! VIP's outlet was to ship the vacuum back, dead rat and all!Between receiving a contaminated product and dealing with Lara, this has been one of the insane online experiences I've had. I would strongly recommend that potential buyers think twice before ordering from this retailer. Quality control and customer support both appear to be severely lacking.

Shipped a rental DVD of something I did not order

I ordered a new HD4, Digital, Blue ray copy of How to Train Your Dragon, live, and received a used, rental copy of "The Senior". It took 8 business days to get that package (which was the wrong item). I did not hear back from them for 6 days after contacting them. When I saw their response they wanted me to return the package they sent in error and once they received it, then they would send me the "correct" item. It was faster to receive the refund from Walmart and buy from another retailer. I would not buy from them again
