Never again
I sent an email to try to get something corrected, and it is 24 hours later and I have heard nothing. I called twice today and I was told that the vendor was sent an email. The representative refused to call the vendor to correct the issue, and told me that the vendor was hard at work getting the correction done. When I asked him what does that specifically mean, he said that he sent them an email. I then asked to speak for a supervisor, and none were available, but I was told that one would call me back immediately. That was 5 hours ago and no return call. There is absolutely no customer service at Vitality Medical
