Absolutely garbage customer service
I bought a new 5x10 foot, Pro tent. Easily my biggest purchase for my garden. I even paid for their ridiculous "hassle free" shipping addition. It arrived, missing all of the hardware other than the shell fabric.I contacted them to, y'know, get my product, WORRY FREE! and instead, I've spent days emailing them and having to inform them that I'm blind, and live alone. They're suggesting I hire someone to travel ~150km to take a picture. Even saying "all we ask is for a little understanding and cooperation from your side"... Seriously. I just want a refund. Don't deal with vivosun.
