Anurag was so helpful
Anurag was so helpful. My code didn’t work on the VOXI website to get some discount, spoke to Anurag and ended up getting a better deal than the discount I was suppose to get. Explained whole process!!! Thank you so much Anurag. You are an asset to Vodafone!!

Scam charges on 084 premium
084 numbers are an absolute disgrace. I am an elderly lady and was attempting to call DHL customer service. Their charge is 7 pence per minute for their line but Vodafone charges an additional 84 pence per minute to connect. Unfortunately, my lack of technical ability to send a parcel cost me 3 calls and 45 minutes with no result. I then found out I was to be billed £50 for the pleasure. Avoid at all costs.
