Worth company ever : charge 60 euros for a luggage 3cm (3!!) too high despite it was ok in the outbound trip… and at the same time no excuse for the 1h00 delay from Barcelona to Paris…. Worst service and worst company ever…. Low cost is definitely too expensive for the no service of this company

Absolutely shocking company to deal with. Hike the prices up AFTER you’ve completed the booking - netted all your payment details and just as you’re pressing ‘buy now’ Not by a small amount. But by a further 35% of the entire group cost!!! Will never EVER book them again. The trusted third party platforms should NEVER be endorsing such a poor - irresponsible company!

Haven't flown yet but contacted to clarify with regards to baggage measurements. Would not rate the customer service as no better informed than what I was querying on the website. Now anxious about flying as customer service has not assisted with the query in hand. This is a generic response to a review as my review was written after my experience of dealing with yourselves directly so seems a bit ironic to point me in the direction of the same channels.

Luggage was muddy (dropped?) and broken on the flight from Las Palmas to Malaga. Compensation for 500 eur luggage was 50 eur, which was never paid. "Cheap flight" cost me 570 eur... Never again!

The first airline in 20 years to charge me extra for bring my ukulele on board. It always fits easily in the overhead despite its 'odd' shape. The check-in person says it should be no problem, but the very arrogant boarding gate supervisor insisted I would either have to send it as checked baggage or pay extra. It is fragile so I had no choice but to pay. Money grubbing company, poor service.

Flight and planes are ok , but They need a very very heavy training how to treat their customers they are not even close to any standard they crew seems to use to work before in governments office instead of tourism or hospitality field , generally unfortunately the European Airlines need revolution and to be modernized

Deserves ZERO stars! Horrific experience. They lost our luggage both on the outbound and the return flight. Impossible to get a hold of customer service. All they have is a chat bot that won’t answer, acknowledge or comprehend questions. Impossible to submit claims because the chatbot is unable to pull up our reservation. They make the process impossible so that no one can submit a claim or a complaint and they do this on purpose. No customer agents on the ground d to assist with lost luggage. Telephone number does not answer. You are forced into an abnormally long phone tree that charges $.25 a minute only to hang up on you. NEVER AGAIN!!! You should be ashamed Vueling! This airline should be shut down. I will be filing a complaint with the ECC (European Consumer Centres Network)The reply below confirms my rating. There is no way to communicate with this airline! You want me to communicate with you about lost luggage on Instagram and x? Mental!!!

Extremely disappointing experience. My luggage was lost at the end of January, and it has now been over 10 weeks without resolution. I am attempting to make a claim through my personal insurance, but they require written confirmation from the airline that the luggage has been declared lost. However, Vueling continues to state that they are still searching for it and, as a result, will not provide the documentation I need to proceed with my insurance claim. This has left me without my belongings and unable to recover my losses
