Purchased a stainless percolator 5 months ago and the base attachment failed. Walter Drake / Kimball says they do not warrant their products.

Order S0436782++ was sent on December 22. One item of 2 was received on January 7. Calls to customer service #8005259291 about the whereabouts of the refund for the second item were met with lies, prevarications, wrong information, obstructionism and a refusal to listen to the customer. On the Walter Drake website, a customer service # of 8002027393 is given. A call there yielded a person who focused on the questions, found the missing item, confirmed it is out of stock and confirmed a refund check was cut on December 31 and is supposedly, on its way. Prior calls told me I had a credit account and the money was there, then that I had never ordered the missing item, then that I needed to call my bank(?), and then refused to do anything but repeat over and over false information. Whether or not these two phone numbers go to different customer service places is unknown. But the # on the catalog yields absolutely nothing, resembling customer service. This reflects not only on Walter Drake, but on all associated brands of Walter Drake. Find another catalog.01

Received gift from mother in law. We don’t need. Never even opened. Day received emailed them based on invoice to get return label, no response. Called following week was a very painful 30 minutes of rep doing everything possible to hinder a return finally agreed to email to me. Nothing for a week called back got exact same interrogation and again 30 minutes later agreed to email me return label. One week later nothing. This company does the old scam of just hoping people will give up. Well messing with wrong person. They prey on older folks with their garbage catalog products and avoid letting people make a return even following all their instruction on packing slip. Avoid these crooks.

I ordered four prayer clocks at $20 each, and I received them all package very nicely but the problem I am having is that this clock will quote a Bible verse in the middle of the night which wakes me up. I will return three of these clocks because I was going to give them his gifts, but I can’t see giving these to people and then they’re awakened in the middle of the night with this clock, thank you Gina Scudieri.

Be warned, very dishonest company!I placed an online order for a calendar, when I checked order status, I found it was lost in the USPS mail without my address on it, when I called Walter Drake to let them know the first thing customer service said was YOU must have forgot to fill in your address. I told her that's impossible because if my address wasn't filled in the website will not allow the order to be placed so somehow my address was tampered with on their end after I placed the order.They sent me a replacement calendar and within a week it finally showed up but soon after I noticed a $20.00 charge from Walter Drake on my credit card that I never made so I called them again and was told that was for their VIP Loyalty program that I signed up for, I told them I never signed up for any loyalty program and demanded a refund and to take my name off their VIP program.You have been warned this company is very dishonest.

My 90 year old mother ordered what she thought was a lace table cloth. It was lace alright, but it was plastic! She sent it back at her cost which was greater than the item itself was worth. Now they are billing her for their shipping costs even though they received the item back, and to boot, they are adding interest that has now tripled. To add further insult, she is now receiving multiple calls daily, and just today, a threatening letter advising her that if she doesn’t pay, she won’t be able to do business with other retailers. Be warned if you do business with them.

Once again, I cannot stress how cheap and irresponsible this company is. Ordered a purse back in Jan. 2025, received Feb. 2025 and one month later one of the zippers is entangled in purse and can’t be fixed. I called today and they refused to credit back or give me anything for the nightmare I have had with them since Jan. WARNING: DON’T BUY FROM THEM!
