New antiperspirant
Recently tried the new antiperspirant roll on and am thrilled at how good it is and how delicious it smells! I have also recently had an interaction with Wild customer service and they are outstanding! 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 all round!

I had an issue with an subscription…
I had an issue with an subscription that I thought I had cancelled but it had not been completed. Hence I received notification I had an order coming. I emailed Wild on the Easter weekend trying to stop the order but I was too late. I was surprised to receive a response and had fully expected to need to wait until after Easter. Joy was lovely and explained why I couldn't cancel or return the order, which I understood. She didn't need to but she gave me a discount on the order. This is Customer Service at its best, even though it wasn't the outcome I wanted but as it was dealt with so quickly and in a friendly way I was happy. I love Wild and will continue to use a variety of products with my fav being the antipersprate roll on. Thank you Joy, for your time over the weekend.

Fabulous Company
I had a nasty skin reaction to the roll-on type deodorant, but after speaking with customer service I was given lots of great advice and was offered a new sensitive stick deodorant free of charge in any scent of my choosing, which has now arrived and is fab. The customer service is fabulous, very fast and polite, generous and helpful.

Fab shower gel!
I was originally given a Wild shower gel as a gift but what a good idea. You get a nice reusable pump bottle then just change the inner recyclable bottle when it runs out. There’s very little mess and there’s a nice choice of bottle covers. The shower gel comes in a range of pleasant scents, what’s not to like?

The product actually surprised me!
The product actually surprised me! I had tried multiple natural deodorants in the past 3 years (some useless, some better.) The last one I used was actually great, but it became impossible to find or to get it shipped to me. So, a little skeptical, I decided to try Wild. It worked on me instantly with no adaptation phase, maybe thanks to my previous natural deodorant. The Cotton and Sea Salt Sensitive one is incredible, I already plan to order my refills! Also, the Cath Kidston case is gorgeous!

Prompt delivery
Prompt delivery, cardboard packaging. Lovely product with fragrance that lasts. Some instructions as to how to fit the block in the canister would have been helpful
