Actually I was impressed how fast I was…
Actually I was impressed how fast I was speaking with a live representative, because the AI, although nice was not able to help me. The representative that took care of me was very knowledgeable and very courteous. I have been with Network Solution since 2007 and today was the best experience I've had. Keep up the good work, definitely I'll keep using you.

Dumped by BT and fortunately NSL sorted it for me
I had a real problem - but a very patient Pranavya spent a long time sorting out an elderly one man band. Domain had been migrated from BT and effectively I had been dumped by them. They weren't interested in helping. The new host seems to be way more professional and user friendly. Immediate problem solved and looking forward to working with them.
