Appalling customer service

Appalling customerservice . I paid £9.90 for express delivery which did not arrive in the timeframe and they insisted that somewhere intheir small print they stated that may happen and therefore did not feelthat they needed to refund me the difference of £6 between normal delivery £3.90 and express. They said the website was confusing but there was nothing they could do and this was a regular complaint…i’ve never heard anything like it . I asked if i could open a complaint as i had unnecessarily paid an inflated delivery fee for something that was never going to arrive on time and they just ended the call. very interestingly I had chosen to join in intheir customer care survey at the beginning of the call … a very creative way of making sure i did not fill it in. Honestly such bad service in every aspect.

The return process on the Weekday

The return process on the Weekday website is unbelievably bad. I spent over an hour trying to return my order from Croatia and the system is completely broken. The site says you must contact customer service to arrange a courier pick-up, but the “contact customer service” link just sends you in an endless FAQ loop with no real contact option at all. My package also arrived without a return form, which made the process even worse. For a company owned by H&M Group, this is honestly embarrassing. Great products, but one of the most frustrating and poorly designed return systems I’ve ever experienced. I will definitely think twice before ordering again.

Terrible delivery tracking and poor customer service

I had a very frustrating experience with Weekday.I placed an order with a promised delivery time of 3–5 days. My parcel had already reached the delivery service (Evri/Hermes) last Thursday. However, when I contacted Weekday on Monday, I was told it was still at their warehouse. Later that same day, I received a tracking email, and the following day I got a notification saying that I had “failed to pick up” the parcel and that it was being returned. The notification even suggested I might have to pay £4 for the return, as if the situation was my fault.Weekday’s tracking and notification system is clearly inadequate. Instead of contacting the delivery service to arrange a re-delivery, they immediately proceeded with returning the parcel and offering a delayed refund. At no point did anyone apologise for the repeated mistakes.Since then, Weekday called me. The person I spoke to was very nice, but unfortunately she did not seem to understand how their own website processes work (returns, refunds, discount codes). I even had to insist on receiving my refund sooner, as she initially told me I would have to wait 10 days from the date of the order just to request it, which made no sense given that the parcel was already being returned.The refund is now on the way, and they offered 25% off my next order. However, I have already found the same items on ASOS, and I know I can trust them to deliver my parcel properly.Customers should not be blamed for failing to collect a parcel they were never properly informed about. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience.

Ordered weekday clothing though H&M

Ordered weekday clothing though H&M. Wanted to return but told have to send back direct to weekday. Did so 3 months ago and still no refund. How this company still operating is beyond me. Awful

Absolute Shambles!!!

Ordered items for next day delivery (cost me a small fortune) and still waiting. Absolutely shambles of a company! This is after I was sent a bikini set that doesnt even match!!! My first and last order with this shower!

Leni Low Waist Flared Skinn

I ordered a pair of Leni Low Waist Flared Skinn jeans. They fitted me well except the flared part, it was very big and covered my feet which I didn’t like at all. The fabric was also very thin and didn’t feel like “jeans material”.

A massive let down

Don't offer express delivery at a cost of £10 if your warehouse is located in Germany and there's no chance of the parcel arriving within 1-2 working days. I feel robbed.

Worst of the worst of the worst

Placed an order in september 2025, 2 items were missing, had to contact weekday myself to receive a refund for these items. Returned all the other items except 1, weeks go by without any news. I have sent over 15 emails by now and did like 5 phone calls with the customer service. It’s now february 2026 and I still don’t have my money (150€!!!) back. This company is a joke.
