Would have put a 0 star but wouldn't let me. Worst bank ever. Rude customer service. They take your money and you call them to see why and no one can tell you why or help you. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Like many others have echoed on this site, don’t do business with Wells Fargo in any form. They don’t seem to mind screwing people over at all. If you go to Better Business Bureau, they have a one star rating there as well, geez what a shock! Oh my God, look at their history. Class action lawsuits, illegally fiddling with customer accounts, paying huge fines when they got caught, it goes on and on. I don’t even need to repeat my sad story with them. There’s plenty of other sad stories here you’ll get the idea. But stick to the main point which is: DONT BANK WITH WELLS FARGO!!!!! I perceive that they are hopelessly bureaucratic and will waste your time and life force energy.

Don't apply for a business account with Wells Fargo. They make you do a 30 minute interview, make you sign all kinds of docusign docs and then they disappear like you never applied. Nothing happens other than they have lots of business info on you. No way to follow up. No special phone numbers. No where to see status online. Seems lke they are just gathing info on you

If you plan to run a business and move serious money, stay far away from Wells Fargo. Their system is a nightmare. Our accounts were frozen multiple times for nothing more than “transaction volume,” and customer service refused to unfreeze them, blaming an “automated process.” I got it unfrozen in person once, and the next day it was frozen again.Trying to give them advice to prevent future freezes? Forget it. They literally don’t care and have no clue how to fix it. Automated bureaucracy run completely amok. And their ACH dashboard… it’s like a drunk time traveler vomited the 90s all over your screen. The funniest part? I thought having millions in the account would make me special. WRONG. They don’t give a damn. Not for you, not for your business, not for anyone. Wells Fargo isn’t just incompetent it’s actively hostile. Avoid them at all costs.Multiple Business partners and employees were not able to be paid when you froze are accounts. ROT WELLS FARGO.

Wells Fargo, you took five dollars from me due to one low balance when there was a pending deposit and you never even gave me that much money in interest over so many years. I am very annoyed and your fees are too high. You have no way to reverse a fee when you are constantly changing the rules on how much you have to have in each account. As soon as I can, I’m going to move my accounts away. Stop charging fees and limiting the amount that you can waive because you are the one who changes the rules often. My monthly deposits aren’t good for you because they have to be direct deposit so I’ve done that now. Then I had a savings and have to transfer$25 a month from my checking into my savings to avoid a fee. Unfortunately, my balance went under for one day, and you had the opportunity to charge five dollars. Are you trying to help us make money or lose money? This is just getting too complicated.

This bank can't improve... (it has not ever tried)... it has no clue..I have been a realtor in Florida for a long period of time. I have tried to do the "benefit of the doubt thing"with this bank, but they always come up short. They make promises to people, when applying for a mortgage, but no one knows who's working on nor knows what they are doing. How this institution holds on, I guess, is a write off of some kind. This most recent deal I did in real estate, was as clean as it gets. Wells, ordered the survey, we did the inspection, it completed and passed, and knowing everything prior signing on a slight time crunch. Title company told me ,"Title is complete, ready to close", but 4 days away from 30 day contract, no appraisal still. No numbers no nothing. For some reason can't get the numbers" We as realtors and brokers, give business to all the big banks, and we make nothing from them, "period" other than ask them to perform. Good or bad, we accept the outcome. But playing with buyers and sellers, and tagging them along, is completely unacceptable. I will not ever recommend anyone, ever going to this bank for anything. Other big banks also have issues, but things work out. This bank is just pathetic. Don't take my word..See for yourself give them a try...

Like others, apparently, I am very disappointed with the fees that were taken from my account without my knowledge. I am a long-time account holder at Wells Fargo, so I was expecting a little more correspondence from them. Also, speaking with the same customer service representative is practically impossible. One tells you one thing, and another apologetically tells you something entirely different.

You can really tell a lot by a company when things go wrong cuz when everything is going right it's great but when it's goes wrong you can see the true character. I was scammed out of money from a MCSO scam and they denied my claim basically saying it was my fault cuz I willingly gave money and did not investigate even though I have police reports attorney general reports everything they didn't care
