Don’t trust shipping times!
Have been buying products in person or online from this company since the 1990’s. Really let down by an order we placed for gifts in response to an ad they sent out before Thanksgiving. It has been three weeks and they still have not mailed it. No correspondence, no updates as to why the delay. When I call and ask if I can pay to expedite shipping when *it is ready* -we are told that’s not possible. We just have to wait. We had planned to mail these on as part of a gift when we received them, but looks like it will arrive too late. Don’t advertise products if you can’t get them out in time and tell your customers when you’ve had a delay! 35 year customer- probably done.

Another happy customer, again!
On December 1st I ordered a Customized Christmas Ornament for my Wife as a Christmas present. It was exactly as advertised. And Shipped exactly when stated. They also responded immediately to my questions. Best Business ever to do business with. Their Items are all world class, and Collectible quality. We own several other pieces.

Major order miss and poor customer service
I ordered two bronze Cleveland Browns luggage tags with engraving on the back. Only one was engraved. I received them on 10/4 and immediately called. I was told I would be sent a form to send back the one that was not engraved and a replacement would be ordered. Unfortunately I will not have it in time for our anniversary on 10/15. I was told by Doreen that I should just tell my husband another one will be coming. A rather unhelpful suggestion that does not score high marks for customer service. Additionally it is clear that the order was not thoroughly checked after being picked.
