To the Wicked Weasel Team,I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the presentation of my recent order.As a customer of Wicked Weasel, I expect an experience that aligns with the brand’s reputation for premium quality and exclusivity. However, the way my order was packaged was extremely careless and did not meet these standards.For a brand that positions itself as a high-end boutique experience, the presentation was surprisingly lackluster. Honestly, the lack of care made the unboxing experience feel like dealing with a budget retailer rather than a world-class brand. This level of neglect significantly devalues the product and the overall customer experience.I believe that for the price and the prestige your brand represents, the presentation should always reflect the luxury of the items inside. RETURNS COST $10.95
Please note I spent over $500 and 1 item didnt fit (even though medium and all others were medium).To return they charge you $10.95 to buy a label to return - and all you get is store credit!So I have now closed my account and will never purchase from them again.If they allowed free returns then I would be spending a lot more money here.I would NOT RECOMMEND because if their sizing is off and doesnt fit (most mediums fit but 1 didnt so yeah) then you will have to pay for their mistake!Try Frankies bikinis instead

First WW Bikini in 2002
I bought my wife her first WW bikini in 2002 and this is her favorite brand. She has so many now. She still has the first one we ever bought and it looks just like the one we got last week. They are made so well. No fading or falling apart.

30 year customer. Availability of items on webpage aren’t accurately reflected in stock and available. Ordered items represented in stock in June, received email in July they are not in stock. As of July 26 still have not received two suits.
