So Fresh!!!!
Ordering is so easy, and the fish is so fresh. I enjoyed the box of fish so much that I ordered another box to give to my daughter. I also really appreciate the recipes sent by the company, great touch!

What happened when we got the wrong fish!
When I received the wrong fish in my last order, the replacement was sent to us immediately. I really appreciate your customer service and love the fresh, delicious fish. I also enjoy looking for the recipes and trying some of them. No complaints here! :)

Mishap after mishap
With our membership, we have received three orders from this company. 2/3 of our orders have had issues. With the first order we received a filet that was improperly vacuum sealed. That filet was replaced but we had to wait 30 days for it to arrive with our next order. With our latest order, we had requested an add-on of weathervane scallops for an additional price of $59.99. When the order arrived there were no scallops included. The shipping invoice indicated the scallops were in the order. Contacting Wild Alaskan Seafood was a challenge. Multiple phone calls went unanswered, no response to an email, and no response to their Live Chat service. Once I finally made contact I insisted on a refund and cancellation of our membership. With failures from their packing department and their fulfillment department, we don't want to continue rolling the dice.

Fish is always fresh
Fish is always fresh. The box I get is all white fish and I would like to substitute for salmon. Your salmon is great trying the Teriyaki Salmon tonight can't wait.

I’m not a big fan of fish
I’m not a big fan of fish, but my husband and I decided to eat more fish to improve our health.. The Wild Alaskan Company sent us our first box with salmon. It was very fresh and I just baked it in the oven with salt, pepper and lemon..It had superior flavor and we both enjoyed it greatly. I highly recommend fish from this company, and I am very glad we tried it!

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service! My order arrived with all fish packages thawed after an issue with the delivery. My email was immediately replied to and they sent another package that arrived within 2 days. The quality of the fish and portion size has been great as well.
