Jenifer at Winc’s customer service…
Jenifer at Winc’s customer service solved my issue quickly and with courtesy. It’s rare to come across people who actually care about solving the problem, obviously Winc takes this seriously because Jenifer was certainly a cut above the rest.

My problem was quickly and politely resolved.
I couldn't get my wine to go over to the cart. I called and got ahold of a very nice gentleman that took care of the problem and even placed the order for me. I was very happy to get it resolved and now I have 4 bottles of my favorite wine!

Excellent service representative
The service representative was extremely helpful, replying within 24 hours and immediately taking steps to rectify and offering to take additional steps to further assist. I would give him 5 starts but not WINC. WINC's system could and should be improved - perhaps, at a minimum, notify people that they need to reactivate to log in rather than simply responding that you entered the wrong username and/or password.

Top-notch customer service !!
Winc goes the extra mile to make things right. They respond immediately and are very kind in dealing with you.I order online enough that I am frustrated by getting scammed by some of my purchases so I have to deal with customer service of different places quite often. There are none like this company when it comes to customer service they are the top tier of service!!
