We recently purchased 2 twin XL mattresses for our adjustable bases. Upon opening the shipping packaging BOTH mattresses had yellowish-brown urine like stains. Although Wink has offered to swap out replacements, we are concerned about the company's quality control.

Have had our Winkbed 6 years mattress started shifting about a year ago. Call company they said set it up on its side and should help it didn’t. Then the last year we were noticing we were sliding out of our bed, and there was a hump in the middle of the the bed. Call the company and ask me to do some Measurements. We are not heavy people I’m 120lbs and my husband is 130lbs same weight we have been since we brought this bed. Since it’s only said 1 inch it’s not under warranty. Will not replace it, though. There’s a huge hump in the middle and gave us a line that it molding to our specifications. And sliding out of the bed, isn’t problem. For the money we paid for this bed after six years it’s very sad Buyer. Beware anybody want any more information. Let me know.

DO NOT BUY AYOU DO NOT WANT TO BUY A MATTRESS FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I believed all the hype I read, and so I decided to buy one. BIG MISTAKE!!! The mattress started sagging within a few months. The back pain started shortly thereafter and continued to get worse. Their return policy is 60-days, which is really convenient for them, considering what a poor-quality product they make. Since the mattress still wasn’t that old, I decided to contact their customer service. They strung me along and led me to believe that if I provided them with dozens of photos, and detailed measurements, I may get a refund. JUST A TRICK!!! After jumping through all those hoops, they said that the sagging didn’t meet their minimum level for a refund. DON’T BE FOOLED!!!

I wanted to share my experience for anyone considering WinkBeds, especially side or combination sleepers.I purchased the Luxury Firm mattress, which did provide decent back support, but it caused significant shoulder pain when sleeping on my side. Unfortunately, this pain did not resolve over time.I reached out to customer service just a few days past the 120-night trial period, based on a genuine misunderstanding that 120 days equated to four months. Despite being only a few days over and clearly explaining that the mattress was causing ongoing physical pain, WinkBeds refused to allow a return or exchange.The only option offered was a 50% “Any Reason Replacement”, which requires purchasing another mattress with no trial and no warranty, which felt unreasonable given the circumstances and the original issue being comfort-related pain.While the mattress quality itself may work for some, I found the customer service to be rigid and lacking flexibility, especially for a premium-priced mattress company that advertises customer satisfaction and comfort guarantees.I would strongly caution side sleepers and lighter-weight individuals, and I would encourage anyone purchasing to be extremely precise about trial dates, as there appears to be no goodwill or flexibility, even in cases involving discomfort or pain.

I trusted in the reviews and for the first time in my life I bought a luxury firm mattress without going anywhere to touch, see, or lay on it before purchasing. I loved that it was delivered within 2weeks right to my door. I’m one week in and loving my new mattress.

Lots of information online and the few questions we did have were quickly answered with a short email. Mattress arrived on promised delivery date and within the time frame expected.Slight issue with the delivery (FedEx) - dropped the box with such force in our gravel drive that tiny pieces of the gravel were inside the box when we removed the plastic roll. Mattress well wrapped so no damage, just a mess to clean up before preceding.

I sent bed to family ahead of our move, they set it up yesterday, we were told they would have liked instructions for platform. Had a little trouble with one of the legs ( screw was hard to get in) I’m 500 miles away, hope to be there by next week. Then I can tell you more.
