I have ordered multiple times from this korean shop, wince 2019, before it was known in Europe.Deliveries were always complete and well-packed. Delivery with DHL was quick and smooth, paid VAT online and received the package next day.I love all products from the Wishtrend and orher brands they re selling: dear klairs, cosrx!Never had any troubles

Extremely poor service – missing items & double charge
I received my order with missing items, was charged double VAT, and despite multiple attempts, customer service never responded. Their email is no longer functional. Extremely disappointing experience – I would not recommend this seller.

I placed an order on 18th November and…
I placed an order on 18th November and the parcel arrived from S. Korea to the UK on 25th November, so it’s super fast! Nothing is missing. My order was $114 and I didn’t pay any additional customs charges. It was my first order with Wishtrend so I don’t know if I’ve been lucky considering the amount of negative reviews.

Ordered 2 products 10 green tea face wash and 35 dear klairs vitamin drops.They declared the whole order value to customs and I paid it.Order turned up minus the 35 dear klairs.I’ve spent £360 + £80 customs and received about £80 stock They ignore my emails about it and won’t help. Bank has been notified to do a charge back.

Wish I could give zero
Wish I could write zero. A total scam. Ordered and paid by PayPal for an Xmas present. Two months later and nothing. Reached out and they acknowledged not sending due to not receiving payment and asked for proof of payment transaction. When this was sent they ghosted me. Case opened with PayPal and they didn't even respond. Got my refund but would never use them again.

Missing Item
I have reached out since early December 2023. I have provided the delivery address to reship the missing parcel multiple times and on 19/12/2023 they messaged to just monitor the tracking number. But until now 15/1/2024, I received nothing for the new shipment details. I have been emailing and sending DM to their IG and FB account but no response too.

Avoid Wishtrend
Please avoid Wishtrend as much as possible, they also treat their influencers terribly. They have high shipping costs and they use influencers to promote their products and then suspend their accounts for no reason. Stick to YesStyle or Stylevana.

Wishtrender For Life!
I'm a recurring Wishtrend Customer. Since my first order, they have not disappointed. I love the quality of the products. They are packaged with care and delivered quick (specially coming from abroad). The products work AMAZING! I have not had any adverse or allergic reactions to anything that I've tried. In fact I keep getting compliments on my skin, how smooth, soft, and fresh it looks. No regrets, and as long as they upkeep this kind of quality and customer service, I am a fan and customer for life.

Lack of service and bad handling of products
Products received leaked out. Many reviews indicated of this leakage issue but Wishtrend doesn’t seem to be bothered to improve. I specifically messaged them right after my order to ask for assurance that there will be no leakage -no reply at all. Even when after receiving products and showed photos, they continued to ignore. One of the worst online sellers I’ve come across which I will strike them off my list!
