Canceled order weeks to get refund
Ordered, said shipping I. A week and half. Didn’t ship, i contacted customer service, oh next Tuesday - didn’t ship. This went on three more times. Finally called and said cancel - it had been more than a month. Begged me to keep the order saying it was coming from overseas and would be at their office the following Tuesday. I said no and hard to argue to cancel the order. Took three weeks and several emails, phone calls to get a refund. There are many other man made diamond retailers - these guys are not reputable.

This company sells crappy products and…
This company sells crappy products and has no shame. I suggest buying elsewhere.I am writing about my experience buying a necklace online. I ordered a diamond bar necklace. It arrived quickly but when I opened the box and pulled it out, the necklace snapped in two like a twig.When I inspected the jewelry I could see it was poorly made. The diamonds were only soldered together in their settings. There was no reinforcement on the piece either in the back or the top to make it more secure. It felt flimsy and cheap. It felt like I could keep bending it and popping off diamonds with little force.I emailed customer service and they admitted the poor quality of their jewelry. They said they would redesign the item to make it better. They even provided illustrations of the updates they made to the item.However, I didn't feel like I could trust the company. Their illustration of the first version of the necklace I received didn't match what I had seen. Why would I trust a company that sells substandard jewelry? The only reason they thought to improve the quality of the item was because it broke. Who knows how many other flimsy pieces of jewelry they have on their website?I explained that I wasn't satisfied with the bare minimum resolution to this issue and expected a discount for my time and inconvenience. They refused.I decided not to proceed with the purchase. I don't believe this is a company that can be trusted. They are selling substandard products. And, even more embarrassingly, they have no shame. Lab diamonds are getting cheaper by the day. Please look elsewhere for quality jewelry!

Beautiful rings
We have purchased both my wedding and engagement rings with clarity. The price has been very reasonable and I have had both rings appraised. Both rings were appraised for what we paid and the exact type of diamond we selected. Both rings are beautiful

Excellent customer service - 10 out of 5 stars!!
If there were 10 stars, I would have marked all 10 but there were only 5. Joey T was an absolute pleasure to work with. I wanted to order a gift but it was not supposed to arrive in time for my event so Joey helped let the production team know how important this gift was for me and they made it happen. The gift looks great as well.

Excellent Customer Service!!!!
I ordered a pair of diamond stud earrings that I've not yet received and emailed customer service to determine the ship date, as I will be out of town and wanted to take the items with me. Top notch STELLAR customer service! Joey got back to me right away and absolutely put my mind at ease. I can't wait to receive my earrings as I know they will be lovely.
