2 years of frustration
I recieved a double axis winder with storage as an anniversary gift from my wife two years ago. It is beautiful and well built. The reason for my two star review is that both cushion sizes were two big for my watch. The medium cushion supplied slightly stretch my jubilee band on my Rolex. Customer service did provide a smaller cushion for me but it is way too small. I would think for a manufacturer as detail oriented as the one producing this beautiful winder (with a $1,750 price tag), that their would be a little more attention provided to how well a watch fits within the winder. I've used cardboard and rubber bands, it works sometimes but I am very frustrated. I know I'm not unique to this. I found several other customers with the same issues that have gone as far as to pull stuffing from a cushion and resew.

Excellent service
Excellent service - good but not great product. The cuffs were not suitable for my slim wrists. (155 mm). So my watches did not fit. But wolf sent me some new small cuffs in black that fitted better. They did not charge me for that, which was very nice. So 10/10 for service. The product 7/10. Compared to other winders you cannot adjust the winding speed which is a little disappointing considering the high price.
